Cloud Architecture Studio
A diagram editor made for AWS architectures. Start from the real architecture of this site, from a template or from a blank canvas.

Start from a template
Ready-made architectures to study and adapt.
- Real projectThis portfolio's architectureA static site on S3 and CloudFront, a serverless API with Lambda and DynamoDB, a CMS with Cognito, publishing through GitHub Actions and a RAG assistant on Bedrock.
- ServerlessServerless REST APIClient, API Gateway, Lambda and DynamoDB: the shortest path to an API without servers.
- MessagingAsynchronous processingProducer, SQS queue, Lambda consumer and dead-letter queue, as in the Distributed Systems Playground.
- ContainersWeb applicationRoute 53, CloudFront, a load balancer, containers on Fargate in two zones and Multi-AZ RDS.
What you can do
- Drag AWS services and generic components onto the canvas, group them in Regions, VPCs and subnets, and connect them with synchronous calls, asynchronous messages or data flows.
- Walk through this portfolio's architecture step by step: publishing an article, admin sign-in, questions to the assistant and content ingestion.
- Save in the browser, undo and redo, import and export JSON, and export PNG.
Where your diagrams live
Only in this browser (localStorage). Nothing is sent to a server, an account or AWS: the editor runs entirely here. To keep a diagram or move it to another computer, export the JSON.
Accessibility
The canvas is a spatial interface and relies on a pointer for dragging and placing. Everything else also works from the keyboard: adding components, connecting them from the properties panel, moving with the arrow keys, selecting from the diagram list and stepping through the flows.
